Both the prosecution and defense rest in the trial of a Lima man accused of leading police to the wrong apartment last summer.
38 year old Gary Thomas is on trial in Allen County Common Pleas Court facing multiple counts of trafficking and possession of cocaine as well as having a weapon under disability.
In July of 2010, Thomas was picked up by the Lima Police Department during a traffic stop. Police say during the stop he gave them the wrong address. That led members of the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force to raid the wrong apartment.
The trial began Tuesday. The defense chose not to call any witnesses. Lawyers will present their closing arguments Friday morning.
