The Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships said "out with the new and in with the old" for their annual charity car show this weekend (8/11/18).
The dealership cleared one of their lots to make room for over 80 cars to raise money for the Heartbeat of Lima pregnancy care center. Ahl says that while it does have a small impact on business for the day, it is worth it to support a local organization working to help community members in need.
"Heartbeat helps ladies make the right choice not to have an abortion, counsels them through their pregnancy, helps them during the first few years of the baby's life," says Ahl. "It's a great organization. We want to keep this going and help many ladies and girls make the right decision."
Ahl says he is hoping the car show will raise around $7,500 for the new center in Ottawa.
