UPDATE JUNE 3RD - Fort Loramie police released the name of the man injured in the accident on June 2nd. 74-year-old Daniel Wenning from the Fort Loramie area was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. His leg was seriously injured in the crash.

SHELBY COUNTY, Ohio (WLIO) - A Shelby County man was seriously hurt after his motorcycle was hit by farm equipment he was trying to pass outside of Fort Loramie.
The crash happened just after 3:30 pm on SR 362, near Lake Loramie State Park. Fort Loramie police officials say both the motorcycle and the farm machinery were heading in the same direction. The motorcyclist tried passing the equipment, but didn't notice that the sprayer was making a turn into a farm. The sprayer hit the motorcyclist, seriously injuring him. He was flown to a Dayton hospital for treatment. The name of the motorcyclist has not been released yet.
