0309 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Jackson Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer; no injuries were reported.

1110 hrs. -  Deputies responded to a location on State Street in the Village of Willshire for a complaint of an abandoned vehicle.

1637 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Spencerville Delphos Road in Washington Township to check an abandoned 911 call.

2218 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Fife Road in Hoaglin Township for a stray dog.

0658 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Tully Township for a report of two loose dogs.

0703 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Ainsworth Road in Willshire Township for a report of 3 vehicles that had been damaged by fire. One of the vehicles was found to still be hot and smoking. Wren Fire Department was dispatched to the scene. The incident remains under investigation.

0856 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on John Brown Road in Pleasant Township for a report of a subject sleeping in a vehicle.

1039 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on U.S. Route 127 in Hoaglin Township to check an open line 911 call.

1323 hrs. – Deputies took a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a deer; no injuries were reported. The incident occurred on Middle Point Road in Ridge Township.

1334 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of the Van Wert Paulding County Line Road in Tully Township for a report of a loose dog.

1434 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 709 in Liberty Township for a report of a loose dog.

1712 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Nanette Lane in the City of Van Wert for a subject who was not feeling well.

1814 hrs. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on State Route 49 in Willshire Township for a subject who had fallen.

2022 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Liberty Street in the City of Van Wert to check the welfare of a dog.

2102 hrs. – Deputies, along with Willshire Fire and Wren EMS, responded to an area of U.S. Route 33 in Willshire Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Unit One was traveling northbound on Wabash Road in Mercer County. Unit One then drove through a stop sign at approximately 60 M.P.H., as stated by the driver. Unit One then crossed U.S. Route 33 and landed in a field North of U.S. Route 33. The driver of Unit One was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Unit One was treated at the scene by Wren EMS. The vehicle was towed by 2A's Auto and placed in impound. Unit One was a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Ivan Jose Santis Lopez of Celina.

2150 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a deer; no injuries were reported.

2230 hrs. – Dispatched Delphos EMS to a residence on State Route 697 in Washington Township for a report of a subject who had fallen.

2339 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Elm Sugar Road in Jackson Township to check an abandoned 911 call.

0016 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Union Township, checking the area for a vehicle with a driver who may have been in distress.

0412 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Pleasant Township to assist the Van Wert Police.

0913 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Alspach Road in Willshire Township for a report of a missing stop sign.

0927 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Burt Street in the City of Van Wert for a report of a loose dog.

1441 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on South Shannon Street in the City of Van Wert for a subject not breathing.

1509 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Pleasant Township for a report of a deer stuck in a fence.

1554 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on German Church Road in Harrison Township to check the welfare of a resident.

1556 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on South Main Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject with chest pain.

1603 hrs. – Deputies, along with Middle Point Fire and EMS, responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Ridge Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Van Wert EMS and LifeFlight from Mercy Health and Van Wert CERT assisted on scene. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

1627 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Mentzer Drive in the Village of Convoy for a subject with chest pain.

1817 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy to stand by as peace officers while a subject retrieved property.

1926 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Washington Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.

2342 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a complaint of theft.
