Wapakoneta City Council authorized the Director of Public Safety and Service to execute a construction agreement after having their third reading on an ordinance.
Wapak Council declared an emergency ordinance to begin construction to add an extension to Nuss Road near the new Golden Fresh Farms green house. The State of Ohio gave the City of Wapakoneta $440,000 to complete 995 feet of road improvement.
Scott says the company will provide fresh produce to area groceries bringing more jobs and revenue to the city, also increasing Nuss Road traffic.
