OSHA looking into fatal industrial accident

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is looking into an industrial accident that killed the president of the company over the weekend. 53-year-old Darren Langhals from Columbus Grove was pronounced dead Saturday morning at Colonial Surface Solutions. According to officials, Langhals was struck in the head with a steel beam, which killed him. The Allen County Sheriff's Office started the initial investigation but then handed it off to OSHA. Colonial Surface Solutions has been operating since 1975 and they have 50 employees.
