Our Thursday is starting off in the lower 30s under cloudy and breezy conditions. A few areas of flurries or drizzle will be possible today, otherwise mainly dry with steady temperatures.
A quieter weather week ahead with no "major" storms showing up over the next 7-10 days. Instead, a series of weak waves from the northwest wil…
Another bitterly cold morning, but a slight warm-up is on tap today. After starting off in the single digits, highs will warm to the upper 20s. A weak disturbance will bring a few pockets of light snow for the afternoon. Some of this could also mix with drizzle. Not everyone will be impacted, but this could cause a few slick spots for afternoon travels.
Flurries and freezing drizzle created slippery travel on Monday, but thankfully all of that activity has moved away! Dry weather conditions are on tap today along with a noticeable jump in temperatures by the afternoon. Highs should top in the middle to upper 30s with clouds giving way to partial sunshine.
North and west Ohio escaped a major snowstorm that impacted the eastern half of the state overnight. Snow totals are coming in over a foot just east of Cleveland! That said, mother nature isn't leaving us out completely. A burst of snow showers is producing a light dusting this morning which could create some slippery travel. Expect a few snow showers through the day with highs in the low 30s. Travel impacts should become minimal for the afternoon.
Happy New Year's Eve, everyone! The weather has felt very "Seattle-like" this week with gloomy skies and rain or drizzle on a daily basis! That gloomy theme continues today with a few patches of mist, but the afternoon should trend "mostly" dry. Highs will surge closer to 50° by sunset.
Patchy drizzle and grey skies stick around today, but temperatures won't be too shabby for late December! Expect highs in the lower 40s.
All is quiet to start this Tuesday morning, but that will quickly change as the day progresses. A significant influx of moisture will produce widespread precipitation for the afternoon, falling heavily at times. It initially starts as rain around noon, but "dynamic cooling" will cause part of the area to switch to heavy, wet snow around 2-4pm, mainly Paulding to Bluffton and north. Eventually, it will go back to rain there by early evening before ending around 7PM. Anywhere from a trace to 2" of snow could fall north of U.S. 30, with best chances for up to 2" snow totals around Defiance to Napoleon. For Lima and many areas, the bigger concern today is possible flooding from too much rain. Flooding will develop in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Another chilly start to the day with temperatures in the 20s. Numbers climb back into the lower/mid 40s today, but it will feel more like the lower to mid 30s. Expect a southeast breeze gusting up to 25mph during the afternoon. Skies will be generally cloudy, and an isolated snow or rain shower is possible later in the day.
