ELIDA, OH (WLIO) - It was a big signing day at Elida High School, as three student-athletes officially committed to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.
Running back Cameron Coffman will head to McPherson College in Kansas after a standout senior season.
Coffman rushed for 801 yards and scored eight touchdowns, earning All-WBL Honorable Mention recognition along with Second Team All-Northwest District honors.
In track and field, thrower Morgan Griffiths announced her commitment to Wittenberg University.
Inspired by her older brother, Griffiths will look to build on her high school success as she continues her career at the next level.
On the baseball diamond, senior pitcher Gabe Miley signed with Wright State University–Lake Campus.
Miley earned WBL Honorable Mention honors following his junior season and will look to make an impact with the Lakers.
