Lincolnview holds off Spencerville 75–73 in Northwest Conference thriller

LINCOLNVIEW — Lincolnview survived a nail-biter at home, edging Spencerville 75–73 in a Northwest Conference boys basketball matchup.
The game lived up to the hype as Will Sensabaugh set the tone early for the Bearcats with a 23-foot pull-up jumper, finishing with 24 points. Lincolnview’s Max Hammons added to the excitement with a dominant mid-range game, hitting from deep and pacing the Lancers through the first quarter. Marshall Hammons contributed down low, converting a free throw, and Jackson Ingledue capped the quarter with a buzzer-beating shot to give Lincolnview a 26–17 lead after one.
Spencerville fought back with strong inside play from Gavin Comer and Jude Stemen, while Sensabaugh found Grady Smith for a key bucket. Zander Coil turned up the heat for Lincolnview with a critical three-pointer and an emphatic late-game block. Max Hammons led all scorers with 30 points.
Lincolnview held on in the final moments to secure the 75–73 win, remaining perfect in Northwest Conference play.
