Lima Police Identify Victim in Black Friday Arson Fire

The Lima Fire Department responded to a call at 410 Ewing Avenue on Friday, Nov. 28, around 8:30 p.m., reporting a house fire with someone still inside. Three of the four occupants escaped, identified as Anthony and Josephus Petaway and Darby’s 21-month-old child with Josephus.
