Another morning of extremely cold wind chills is here, with the feels like numbers stuck well below -10 this morning. Only modest improvement is expected through the day today, which will feature partly cloudy skies, but temperatures will struggle mightily to even escape the single digits. Incredibly, however, even colder weather is on the way. Find out when we could see our coldest night since the '90s in the forecast!
