ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Lima man is facing charges of having sexual contact with a young child.
74-year-old Anthony Elliot was indicted by an Allen County grand jury on the charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, and public indecency. According to the indictment, the victim was under 10 years old when the alleged offenses happened between 2014 and 2020. Elliot pleaded not guilty to the charges and is currently in the Allen County Jail on a $200,000 bond. His next pretrial is set for next month.
