Local leaders learned a little more about diversity and how it can help advance the community.
The Allen Lima Leadership and its youth group got together Friday (2/12/16) afternoon for a diversity day.Â
The day was filled with interactive activities and sharing personal thoughts to learn from different perspectives. Â Â Â
The group was led by Toni Bell, who spoke about using diversity to make positive change both in your personal and community life. She says the message is to build relationships with one another.
This is the one day of the year the adult and youth groups of the Allen Lima leadership get together for a day of activities.Â
