COLUMBUS, Ohio – ServeOhio, Ohio's commission on service and volunteerism, - in partnership with InnerView Technologies - is honored to recognize outstanding Ohio high school students who make great contributions to their local communities and the state through service and volunteerism. The ServeOhio Community Impact Award honors high school students (grades 9 – 12) at any public or private school in Ohio who serve 20 hours in 4 or more service activities in the last year. Recipients will receive a certificate and letter of appreciation. 2,918 high school students from 71 schools in 51 cities will be honored for their service in the 2024-25 school year. “Youth voices, engagement, and insight are crucial ingredients for Ohio’s prosperous future.” Said ServeOhio Executive Director William Hall. “We are honored to celebrate outstanding youth who reach beyond themselves to help their neighbors and communities – transforming themselves and others – which shapes who we are and who we will become as a state. Congratulations to the award recipients and thank you for your service!”
