According to data, the average price of gas is expected to be $3.08, marking the lowest price for Memorial Day weekend since 2021, when prices were $4.60 per gallon. When adjusted for inflation, gas prices are at their lowest since 2003. Ohio drivers are seeing even cheaper prices with the average cost at $3 per gallon. According to AAA, the average cost in Allen County is $3.01 while Hardin, Auglaize, and Shelby Counties are below $3 per gallon on average.
