LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - A pedestrian was hospitalized after an accident late Wednesday morning on Elizabeth Street.
Police say it happened just before 11 a.m., when a woman turned right on a green light and struck a man crossing the street on a mobility scooter. They confirmed he had the walk signal at the time. He was transported to Mercy Health–St. Rita’s Medical Center with a minor head injury.
