LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Being the best leader you can be is the goal of a professional and personal development program coming to Lima.
Lima businessman Marc Bowker spoke to Lima Rotarians about the "Heroic Leadership" program. Bowker, who took this hands-on course several years ago, said it not only changed his life but also how he approaches the future. The program centers on ancient wisdom, modern science, and practical tools to help individuals achieve balance in their lives.
The workshop will be held Thursday, March 27, at Perry Pro-Tech from 8 a.m. to noon.
Certified Heroic Coach Marc Bowker added, “It helped me look at everything in terms of energy, work, and love—not getting sidetracked by how many different hats I wear or the responsibilities and goals that fall into a dozen different areas. It’s either energy, work, and love, knowing that energy drives the other two. So, dialing in my energy first by taking care of the fundamentals of sleeping, eating, moving, breathing, and focusing.”
Bowker said attendees will gain clarity on their goals and accelerate their growth.
