LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — With the economy facing challenges, understanding and managing personal finances has never been more important. The West Ohio Community Action Partnership (WOCAP) is offering a free financial management program designed to meet the needs of individuals looking to improve their financial well-being.
The program covers a range of topics, including fixing credit, improving personal finances, and creating effective budgets. There are no eligibility criteria, making it accessible to everyone in the community. Leora Donley, Housing Director at WOCAP, highlighted the program’s flexibility.
“It is open to residents of Allen, Auglaize, and Mercer counties,” Donley said. “Classes can be scheduled one-on-one or in a group setting. They can be done online or in person, so it’s really open to fit anyone’s schedule.”
