The Allen County Auditor prepares to part ways with many foreclosed properties in Lima. The office will soon be holding its annual auditor's sale. This sale allows properties in the area to be sold at inexpensive prices. Most of the properties include homes, and based on the process, some houses could potentially sell for as little as one dollar. All information about the auction and properties can be found at
