LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) – A Beaverdam man has pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault after a shooting incident in May.

Thirty-two-year-old Brandon Deeds pleaded guilty to the May 16 shooting of 37-year-old Brandon Jones of Lima at a home on Napoleon Road. Jones was found with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound at the Pilot Travel Center in Beaverdam.

Deeds pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony that carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 18.
