A blood drive was held Thursday at the Red Cross Chapter House in Lima in honor of 12 year old Lauren Cunningham.
Cunningham was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2014 and has needed more than 80 blood transfusions as part of her treatment.
Every unit of blood can help three people.
This is the 5th blood drive set up in her name and remains a reminder that many people, like Lauren, need blood.
