With both federal and local dollars available, the city's Department of Workforce and Small Business Development is holding a workshop to explain what's what with the funding.Â
With both federal and local dollars available, the city's Department of Workforce and Small Business Development is holding a workshop to explain what's what with the funding. Sources include the Small Business Revolving Loan, the COVID Relief Grant, the Better Blocks for Business Grant, and several more. The Fun with Funding Workshop will include assistance in filling out applications as well.
The workshop is scheduled for Saturday, September 14th, at the Lima Public Library at 650 W Market Street, Lima, OH 45801, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Meeting Room 2.Â
"It is to introduce our funding opportunities to those who may not have heard of them. So through how to fill out the applications. Provide technical assistance. Review eligibility and, of course, what you can receive from those opportunities," explained Amber Martin, Workforce and Small Business Development coordinator for the City of Lima.
