
ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A man will be behind bars for more than four years after he assaulted his brother earlier this year.

Nathan Culp will be spending four years and eleven months to six years and eleven months in prison. He was sentenced after he pleaded guilty to a bill of information of felonious assault and attempted tampering with evidence. According to Allen County Common Pleas Court, Culp got into a fight with his brother which resulted in the defendant shooting at his brother's car and ramming it with his own vehicle. Culp was originally charged with three counts of felonious assault with several gun specifications.
