LIMA, OH (WLIO) - An Eagle Scout project will give the students at Heritage Elementary a new place to learn and create when they come back to school on Wednesday.
Noah Sims is a Boy Scout from Troop 106 and took on the project to revamp the courtyard at Heritage after talking with his mom, who teaches there.

"They get to go outside, and the playground is hard because they want to play. But out here, you know if they are reading, they are learning something. Or if they are doing art, they are learning art or music. And I think it is just great that they have a place to go outside and learn," says Noah Sims, Eagle Scout.
Sims will have his court of honor in September; that is where he will get his Eagle Scout badge.
