OHIO (WLIO) -Â FEMA assessment teams will be visiting tornado-struck areas around Ohio. The teams will be in the 11 counties impacted by the March 14th tornado outbreak in the state.
Their assessment of the damage to homes and businesses will determine if federal resources will be available to help residents recover, on top of the state and local help they are already getting. Locally, the teams will be visiting Logan, Auglaize, Mercer, and Hancock counties.
The strength of the tornadoes ranged from EF-1 to EF-3, with the strongest going through Auglaize County and Logan County, killing three people.Â
