Heavy rain Tuesday afternoon caused some roadways to flood.
Thunderstorms moved through the area Tuesday afternoon, dumping a heavy amount of rain in Putnam County in a short amount of time causing yards and fields to flood, and multiple roads to be closed due to high water. This prompted Sheriff Brian Siefker to issue a release warning motorists to not drive through high water.
