34 year old Robert Garcia made his first court appearance Friday on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
The alleged victim is a thirteen year old girl who was reportedly friends with Garcia's daughter and stayed at his home multiple times.
Investigators say the victim thought she was Garcia's girlfriend but finally told someone at her local church about repeated alleged sexual contact with Garcia.
Detectives are still investigating whether Garcia may have had sex with several other underage victims.
Court magistrate Dave Cheney kept Garcia's bond at 100 thousand dollars....this after relatives of Garcia claimed he might try to flee to Texas.
His case was bound over to Allen County Common Pleas Court.
