Are you looking for things for your kids to do during the winter, how about checking out some holiday movie favorites? The Harrod Event Center is hosting a Family Movie night series and on Sunday was a double feature of The Christmas Chronicles, 1 and 2. A board of directors made up of kids, 5 to 16-years-old are picking the flicks to show. Besides checking out some great family movies, the event is also giving back the Harrod community.
“We are giving back 100% of the proceeds to area organizations,” says Kyle Hawk. “Like today we are actually giving back to the Harrod Event Center for a roof project we would like to do. We have given to the Auglaize Township Historical Society, which in turn gives right back to the community as well.
