Crime Stoppers and the Allen County Sheriff's Office are looking for a suspect who is facing charges of having sexual contact with a minor.
33-year-old Matthew Brown was indicted by an Allen County Grand Jury in March with one count of sexual battery, two counts of gross sexual imposition, and one count of importuning. According to the indictment, Brown had sexual contact with a child that was 12-years-old at the time of the offenses in 2020.
