Here is this week's wanted list from the Lima/Allen-Putnam County Crime Stoppers Program. Crime Stoppers is also asking for assistance in solving the cold case homicide of Jon Bryant.
May 20, 2024, Press Release from the Allen/Putnam County Crime Stoppers Program: Cold Case Homicide Jon Bryant - On January 10, 2002, at approximately midnight, officers from the Lima Police Department were dispatched to 1212 S Central Ave in reference to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival, officers entered the residence and located Jon Bryant, deceased, lying on the floor of the living room. Jon Bryant was pronounced dead on scene, and the apparent cause of death was a gunshot wound.
The Lima Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in solving this over 20-year-old heinous crime and providing justice for Jon’s senseless murder.
