LIMA, Oh (WLIO) — The Lima City School Board has narrowed its search for a new superintendent to three finalists.
The finalists are current Lima Senior Principal Darnell Collins, Reynoldsburg City Schools Assistant Superintendent Andre Rudolph, and East Cleveland City Schools Director of Curriculum & Instruction Tom Domzalski. They were selected from a pool of 13 applicants to replace Jill Ackerman, who will retire at the end of July.
The public will have the opportunity to hear from each of the candidates at an event on April 10 beginning at 5 p.m. at South Science and Technology Magnet School (755 St. Johns Ave., Lima). Each of the men will have 40 minutes to interact with the public. The school board will also conduct second interviews with each candidate that evening.
