Superintendent Ackerman is asking families to bring their gently used uniforms to donate to "Project Uniform Share," which helps families in need of uniforms during the school year.

"It's fun to watch them cause their eyes to light up. When they see that one thing, Batman, or that one thing that they love. And it means a lot to know that they will be ready to go on day one. They have everything that they need because we have a big community that loves them and wants to support them," said Jill Ackerman, superintendent of Lima City Schools.

Ackerman is also asking families to bring their gently used uniforms to donate to "Project Uniform Share," which helps families in need of uniforms during the school year.
