LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Two people are in the hospital following an early morning stabbing in Lima.

Lima Police Department investigates double stabbing on Woodward Avenue

Police report that there was an argument and an unidentified male suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the two victims.

An adult male and female were found suffering from stab wounds at 616 Woodward Avenue just before 3:30 a.m. Monday morning by Lima Police Officers. They were transported to the hospital for treatment.

October 28, 2024, Press Release from the Lima Police Department: On Monday, October 28, 2024 at approximately 3:26 am, Officers from the Lima Police Department were dispatched to 616 Woodward Ave in a stabbing. Upon arrival officers located an adult male and adult female victim suffering from stab wounds. Both victims were transported and being treated at a local hospital. Officers investigated the incident and learned an argument ensued and an unidentified suspect pulled out a knife and inflicted the injuries.
