Pastor Fails says his ministry is continuing to work with those in need of shelter to provide them with a safe place to live.

Wednesday night, there was a follow-up to that meeting where Lima residents had the chance to ask their questions and voice their opinions. Since that meeting, Glenn and his team have brought back answers to questions asked of Lima City officials to update those on hand.

"We took our time out for two months to answer these questions. We went to the professionals; we went to everyone, including called Columbus. We talked to the mayor and the police chief. These are some of the things that you can come here to hear about it. Please do not go by rumors; find out yourself why they (Haitians) come in. We continue helping out other countries that come here. So, why the big problem with Haitians right now," stated Glenn.

Wednesday night, there was a follow-up to that meeting where Lima residents had the chance to ask their questions and voice their opinions.

"They're people and they are here in our country, state, and our city legally, so they have rights. I want to respect that and make sure we as a community respect that and do what we can to help them, like we would any other immigrant that is coming from any other part of the world," added Pastor Ronald Fails, NAACP President.

Pastor Fails says his ministry is continuing to work with those in need of shelter to provide them with a safe place to live.
