LIMA, OH (WLIO) - 9 pound 1 ounce David Warren came into the world at Lima Memorial Health System early Christmas morning. His due date was December 28th, so there was a chance that he could been a Christmas or New Year’s baby. It was after his parents Richard and Amber left Christmas Eve mass, that Amber went into labor, which was they felt it was reminiscent of another special birth.
“We came to the hospital around 10:30 pm.,” says Amber Warren, David’s Mother. “So, we were on our way here and Richard said the roads couldn’t be worst while we were driving. I said at least we are not on a donkey.”
“Things started becoming more real,” adds Richard Warren, David’s Father. “I think of my wife so much as the image of Mary and she is going through the same things. Super exciting time. We had a great Christmas. Now it is Christmas, as the bishop says God turned himself into a little baby and it really brings about the joys of life. We're thankful.”
David has six older brother and sisters to help make his birthday special. Besides David there was one other baby born on Christmas Day at Lima Memorial.
