A Lima man wanted after a fight at the Waffle House in December, is facing two felony charges for an incident that happened a month earlier in November.
26-year-old Decorion Dawson was arraigned Monday morning on two counts of aggravated robbery both with a gun specification. He's accused of holding up two men up on November 7th. If convicted, Dawson faces up to 28 years in prison.
Officers were looking for Dawson following the fight at the Lima Waffle House on December 26th.  Cell phone video captured Dawson throwing punches at a woman during the fight. He pleaded not guilty to an assault charge for that case which is still in Lima Municipal Court.Â
