In Hardin County, officials are still investigating an arson case that took place back in April.
A man was arrested around the time of four house fires that occurred in one weekend in Kenton. According to Kenton police, Dustin Cannode of Kenton was arrested on a probation violation and now faces pending charges of aggravated arson, though no official charges have been filed as of yet.
In two of the houses, people were inside at the time of the fire, and all were able to escape unharmed.
