Travis Soto was arraigned at the Putnam County Courthouse this week for the murder of his two year old son 10 years ago.
Serving five years in prison for child endangerment in the death of his son, Soto approached the Sheriff's office to confess to his murder. According to the Putnam County Court of Clerks website Thursday morning, Soto will be charged with murder and tampering with evidence. His hearing has been bumped up to 10:30 A.M from 1:30 P.M.
Soto is still being held in the Putnam County Jail on a half a million dollars bond.
