FINDLAY, OH (WLIO) - Multiple adults and minors were injured after a school bus was involved in a car accident near Findlay on Friday night.
Just before 11 pm, a Findlay City School bus operated by 74-year-old Janet Routzon of Findlay was exiting I-75 southbound onto U.S. Route 224 when it struck a pickup truck driven by Craig Meyers. After the collision, both vehicles went off the left side of the road and came to a stop on I-75 southbound.
Meyers and the passengers of the truck, 36-year-old Ivy McClanahan, and four minors were transported to the hospital with injuries. Three minors from the school bus were also transported with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
