A Lima man arraigned for a handful of rape charges entered a not guilty plea in Allen County Common Pleas Court today.
45-year-old Terrez Carter was indicted on 11 charges. He faces three charges of rape, one count of possession of cocaine, and one count each of kidnapping and having a weapon with a disability, all relating to an incident around April 19th of this year. He faces five other charges for incidents between the time period of May 1st to July 1st, 2015. If convicted, the max penalty for Carter could be more than 100 years in prison. Carter is also in the middle of a separate case relating to drug and weapons charges.
