Trial for Doctor Wangler set for February 28th

The trial of a local doctor accused of killing his wife in 2006 is set for February 28th.

During the final pre-trial for Doctor Mark Wangler, Judge Richard Warren made sure attorneys for Wangler and the prosecution had everything they need to begin the trial in a week and a half. The judge ordered how evidence presented will be labeled and made sure witness lists are set for the trial. Another hearing is set for next Wednesday if necessary, if either one of the sides needs to discuss anything before jury selection.

Wangler is charged with aggravated murder of his first wife, Kathy Wangler, who died of carbon monoxide poisoning, nearly five years ago.
