A two-vehicle crash in Hancock County Thursday afternoon sends two people to the hospital.

The Hancock County Sheriff's Office says the accident happened at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at State Route 568 and Township Road 215 in Marion Township. They say the driver of a Chevy Tahoe was traveling south on 215. The driver of a Kia Forte with a passenger was driving west on 568. The Tahoe stopped at a stop sign at 568 then drove into the intersection where the two vehicles collided. The two inside the Forte were injured and taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital.

The driver of the Tahoe was cited for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
