A Lima man and a Columbus Grove woman were transported to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash in Putnam County. The Ohio State Highway Patrol states that on Sunday at approximately 4:21 p.m., they responded to a single-vehicle crash on SR-15 near County Road 19A in Monroe Township. David Stevenson, age 73 of Lima was traveling East on SR-15 when he drove across the center line off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole and a tree. The front right passenger, Jodi Culp, age 52 of Columbus Grove had to be transported via life flight to St Rita's with serious injuries. Stevenson was transported to St. Ritas in an ambulance with minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
