0003 hrs. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm on Middle Point Road in Ridge Township.

0106 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.

0123 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Grant Street in the City of Van Wert to assist the Van Wert City Police.

0502 hrs. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm on Spencerville Delphos Road in Washington Township.

0621 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on South Washington Street in the City of Van Wert to assist the Van Wert Police.

1212 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on East Main Street in the City of Van Wert for a stray dog.

1308 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Sycamore Street in the City of Van Wert for a loose dog.

1317 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of North Franklin Street in the City of Van Wert to assist the Van Wert Police.

1430 hrs. – Deputies assisted with a Funeral Escort from the City of Van Wert to Woodlawn Cemetery in Liberty Township.

1436 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on South Liberty Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of a deceased person. No foul play is suspected.

1717 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on South Sherman Street in the Village of Scott for a report of criminal damage.

1725 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Upp Road in Pleasant Township for a report of identity fraud.

1846 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Street in the Village of Willshire for a civil dispute.

1923 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to an area of State Route 114 to assist Paulding County EMS.

1929 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Hoaglin Township for a report of domestic violence.

2128 hrs. – Deputies, along with Van Wert Fire and EMS, responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Pleasant Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash.  Unit One, a 2017 Nissan Rogue driven by Nabarun Sarkar of Cincinnati, was traveling northbound on Liberty Union Rd, approaching the intersection of US 224. Unit Two, a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Colette Spridgeon of Van Wert, was traveling eastbound on US 224 approaching the intersection of Liberty Union and US 224. Unit One then failed to yield at the stop sign at Liberty Union and US 224 and proceeded to pull out in front of Unit Two. Unit One and Unit Two then collided with one another. Unit One and Unit Two both sustained disabling damage. Unit One driver and passenger claimed no injury because of the crash. Unit Two driver claimed a back injury but was not transported by EMS. A family member later transported the driver to Van Wert Health. Hague Towing and Superior Collision assisted on scene.

0623 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Willshire Eastern Road in Willshire Township for a report of an occupied disabled vehicle.

1039 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Feasby Wisener Road in Union Township for a report of identity theft.

1041 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of East Central Avenue in the City of Van Wert for a report of a fence in the roadway.

1118 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Rockford Road in the Village of Willshire to assist with an unruly juvenile.

1133 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on West Main Street in Pleasant Township for a report of a loose dog.

1223 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Williams Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of a violation of a protection order.

1313 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 118 in Liberty Township for a report of a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located.

1345 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy for a complaint of trespassing.

1509 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Ohio Indiana State Line Road in Harrison Township for a report of a mailbox being damaged.

1730 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Grant Street in the City of Van Wert to check the welfare of a dog.

2056 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Washington Street in the Village of Wren to check a 911 call.

2125 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on East Main Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

2136 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a noise disturbance.

2234 hrs. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy.

0856 hrs. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on West Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City for a subject having a seizure.

0928 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Overholt Road in Ridge Township to check an abandoned 911 call.

1521 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Liberty Union Road in Pleasant Township to check an open line 911 call.

1529 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Brickner Road in Washington Township for a report of trash being dumped.

1532 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on West Hoffman Street in the Village of Ohio City to check an open line 911.

1730 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Willshire Eastern Road in Willshire Township for a report of a loose pony.

2039 hrs. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm on South Shannon Street in the City of Van Wert.
