When wondering how to spend a Saturday afternoon, some people in the area decided to wing it.
The American Legion Post 330 hosted the 13th Annual Wapak Wing Fest. People enjoyed wings and other food from six different area vendors. With the smell of fried food and wing sauces filling the air, attendants voted to determine the best wings at the festival. The Wing Fest takes pride in the amount of fundraising they do for the community, especially one organization.
In the past twelve years, the Wing Fest has raised over $90,000, for the clinic. The event also provided big screen tv's with the Ohio State game, a volleyball tournament, and live music.
