One of the three people charged with an assault outside of a Lima bar in January pleads guilty to the crime.
22-year-old Nicholas Williams pleaded guilty to one count of felonious assault. Williams, along with 21-year-old Donavan Denson and 23-year-old Janicqua Bailey, all of Lima, were charged with the assault.
On January 22nd, Lima police officers were called to J's American Pub around 1 a.m. There they found Bradin Fisher-Jones in the parking lot with injuries to his face and body. He was taken to a Toledo hospital for treatment.
Williams will be sentenced in September. Prosecutors will not make a recommendation during sentencing, but they asked if they could play a video before it is handed down. Many videos circulated on social media of the incident outside of the bar. Denson and Bailey currently have their trials set for August.
