More charges have been filed against a Montezuma man accused of pandering child pornography in Auglaize County.
Mercer County has charged 44 year old Timothy Workman on 16 new counts, including promoting prostitution, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, and tampering with evidence.
Workman has been charged with 10 counts in Auglaize County including pandering obscenity involving a minor. The Wapak Police Department arrested him after photos they found they believed were taken in an area hotel.
Workman will be arraigned on the new charges on December 17th.
