After a week filled with gorgeous summer weather, we have rain chances to discuss over the next several days as muggy weather makes a return.

A wet start to our Wednesday as a band of showers rolls through. Showers will be off and on today with another uptick in rain chances this afternoon. Highs will range from the mid 60s to mid 70s, highly dependent upon coverage of rain. 

The week starts off dry, but we have two storm systems set to move through the area over the next week bringing rain and storm chances.

Cloud cover was a saving grace for all of the blooming vegetation as temperatures stayed above freezing overnight. There are no additional frost and freeze concerns within the next week.

A mild, windy, and damp start to the day with sprinkles and drizzle around. Any showers should end around noon. Clouds give way to plenty of sunshine by the middle to late afternoon. Highs will top out between 65 and 70° with a breezy west wind.

The air is very mild this morning as temperatures hold in the middle 60s. After a dry start, showers will develop and spread into the area later this morning (mainly after 10am), and continue off and on through the afternoon along with embedded thunder. This round of activity should not be severe.

After a few thundershowers early, a break in the rain is expected for most of the morning. Scattered showers can be expected to build this afternoon with numerous rain activity for the evening hours. A few heavy pockets of rain along with lightning will be a possibility. Expect highs in the 60s. Lows tonight drop into the 40s as rain tapers off after midnight.
