OTTAWA, Ohio — After a 6–6 finish last season, the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans are ready to turn the page and build on their progress in the always-tough Western Buckeye League. O-G improved by four wins from the previous year and relied heavily on defense throughout the 2024 campaign — finishing second in both rushing defense and total team defense across the WBL.

Now, with 19 seniors having graduated, the Titans will turn to a new group of leaders, headlined by an experienced junior class and a promising new quarterback.

Carson Yaeger, who made his first varsity start during last year’s playoff opener, steps into the starting role full-time under center.

Veteran head coach Ken Schriner returns for his 30th season at the helm of the Titans. And while this year’s squad is younger in terms of starting experience, Schriner says the program’s trademark toughness remains intact. With a strong defensive culture already in place and new playmakers emerging, O-G hopes to make noise in the 2025 WBL football season.
