OTTAWA, Ohio (WLIO) — Ottawa-Glandorf continued its perfect season while celebrating a historic milestone on the home floor.

The undefeated Titans improved to 15–0 with a 79–60 win over St. Marys, powered by a record-setting night from Karsyn Erford.

Ottawa-Glandorf wasted no time getting going in the opening quarter. Erford found Alivia Grothause cutting to the basket for a three-point play, helping the Titans jump out to a 7–0 lead.

St. Marys responded as junior Claire Turner knocked down a three-pointer to trim the deficit, but Erford soon took over. The Findlay commit sliced through the defense for a layup that pushed her past Kadie Hempfling’s previous program record of 1,231 points, making Erford the all-time leading scorer in Ottawa-Glandorf girls basketball history.

The Roughriders continued to move the ball well, with Audrey Reineke finishing a possession at the rim, but the Titans always had an answer. Madison McKee added a short jumper on her way to a 17-point performance.

Erford closed the quarter in emphatic fashion, beating the buzzer with a three-pointer. The birthday girl finished with a game-high 27 points as Ottawa-Glandorf pulled away for the 79–60 victory.
